I was expecting this kind of scene between Karishma and Cheetah. Makers could have at least shown that after the case was solved where Karishma motivated him and appreciated him for being such a valuable asset to the team. Cheetah was really hurt this time and though unintentionally, Karishma was part of that. As a friend or even as a senior, the conversation was very much needed.
this! in retrospect, I believe that the scene that happened between urmilla and cheetah should have been with the cheetah and Karishma. i haven't seen yesterday's episode but i agree with what you mentioned about the resolution of it. there should definitely be a scene where he is appreciated.
But she got comfortable with Maddam Sir in short span of time. She knows Santu and Cheetah before she knew Haseena. Agreed Pushpa Ji is her mother and with our mothers, we all are able to voice out our insecurities and fear. But like you and rinki mentioned previously, it would have been good to see her coming out of her comfort zone and motivate the team as she is the one who is leading MPT now. But agreed she herself is going through emotional turmoil.
all these are fair points!
Even if she isn't a person of less words, as a team lead it's important to encourage your team when they feel low. In absence of Haseena, Makers should have focused on this shade of Karishma.
yep and it's getting frustrating seeing her become a pushover.
Something I noticed is that with time characters had their growth but none of the characters ever came of their comfort zone. Karishma isn't still vocal about her concern for MPT. We see she has a different shade when she is at home with Pushpa Ji or talks about her husband. Haseena before Urmila had always been formal with MPT. We have only seen her being jolly when either she is drunk or is with Ammi. After two years, I guess everyone of us start developing personal emotions at our workplace. Hope makers think about this in future.
true! this is the one thing i really wanted to see. interactions outside of work that make them feel more like family than colleagues. especially after HM's death.
