yaar....Gehriyaan is a boring movie.....the only thing worth talking about is Deepika's performance...which was really good...

Smart idea to release it on OTT platform....theater mein it would sunk faster than 83....bilkul Chhapaak wala haal hona tha...

Hope that shuts all the talk about that it’s just her PR this way and she’s some innocent person in all the mess. It’s her alone. The same PR she has is also PR of other stars, but they never have cheap antics like hers. It’s her who’s the problem. She herself has given orders to her pr.

How many of u honestly thought her performance was outstanding or mindblowing?

My hubby who has been DP fan till recently didn't like her here..the character, appearance, acting nothing appealed to him.

As for me, I liked her in CE and Ram Leela where she managed to shine and rise above a mediocre script..in the rest she has been average

I found her performance to be quite good and very solid here. But it was nothing path breaking or mind blowing. There were only a couple of scenes where she really had to make any extraordinary effort.

If Ranveer ends up becoming a big Superstar and Deepika a retired actress, which is like the fate of all actresses, would their marriage last?

Deepika is ambitious, self absorbed, cut throat and ruthless. She wants to be on the top and is hell bent on getting there, whether it is dissing her co actors or using pr. Nothing wrong with that, in fact you will admire her for being real, the kwk episode with Sonam, blunt, brutal and a diva.

Problem happens when she pretends to be this caring person who is a saint and is such a sweet person, the one that came on kwk with Priyanka, she just comes across as a hypocrite, her harping on social issues only during her film promotion. Unlike Priyanka who is articulate and witty and is able to manage the hypocrisy, Deepika can't and it is high time she stops and changes her pr tactics
