Behena..legal expertise ki zarurat hai yaha. A lot of interesting conversation happening i think a lawyer is needed to validate a lot of points being discussed here.

This will not happen, but I would so like to see Vedu and Nandu in prison, the most ideal atmosphere for these "upper class" ladies

I think after typing this I did remember a couple that stood out.

And Ishans friend/neighbours husband

Yes I agree, their arc ended nicely without any annoyance. One thing about that show is that they made use of all their characters that you still remember them.

yep… there are people like that you hear stories of… and how they have been tackled by strong families, in this case , it is the kashyaps! But every villain track would end in 2, max 3weeks,… and there would be progression between leads, and they also used to show glaring difference between suhana’s world view and behaviour to that of kashyaps’ and normal mundane things and problems , sorting them , adjusting to them …for 1-3 weeks again, peacefully , and the comedic timing the cast had was superb 😍

Aree humare forum wale sab expert hain facts dissect krne mein… there is no need for a legal expert in particular 😆

But its true that you cant take a murder case back. These are serious offences and are considered crime against the society and state. So its not just related to the complainant and hence he cannot withdraw the case. The state will continue the case even if the complainant does not want to move ahead with the case.

Courts do have the power to quash proceedings on their own but they wont do it for such heinous and serious crimes.

This is according to my limited knowledge😅(zyada bhrosa mat krna mujhpe. Main all nighter maarke exams pass krne walon mein se thi🤣)
