Okay so step by step guide:

1. When you open IF on you phone, write under the forum banner you will see 6 icons.

2. Click on the very first one (this indicates overview) the symbol looks like a TV

3.It will open a page where there is red button that says follow

4. Click the follow button. Done!

5. The button will now show unfollow instead of follow that is how you know it has worked.

You will then officially be following the forum!
