Raavi sneaked out of the house before anyone could stop her. She was clear with her priorities. She had to get Shiva to agree to marry her, by hook or by crook. She clutched the Lehenga which she had purchased after so much selection. She wanted to show it to Shiva, even though he would not know what this lehenga is for, up until he sees her in that Lehenga
As she marched towards the store, a sense of uneasiness surpassed her. Her stomach growled in hunger but she decided to ignore it. She had a much more important task to finish. Her grumbling stomach can wait.
Happily, she bounced on her steps as Pandya Store came into her view. She chuckled at the mere thought of an irritated look on Shiva's face which looked absolutely adorable on her.
But her steps halted in her track as she saw Disha entering the Pandya Store with determination in her eyes.
Disha? What was this b*tch doing here? She wondered as her heart lurched in her chest. She recollected Disha's words on their engagement day as her hands shivered in fear.
"I'll wait for your divorce", were her exact words, and a silent promise that she will be back once Raavi and Shiva are divorced. And now that they were, the news might have reached her, that's why she was here.
With dreadful steps, she reached outside the store but avoided going in. She waited with bated breath for the scene which was about to unfold in front of her.
----
Shiva clenched his wrist at the mere thought of Raavi and her 'Shaadi' jaap as he dusted some jars. Gaumbi and Dev had left for delivery and kaka was out for some work.
He sighed at the irony of the situation. This was the exact reaction he had when Raavi was hell bound in marrying Dev just last year. And now, he was her next 'target'. He did love her, but now he didn't want to be associated with her anymore. He had had enough of her crap. He knew they were a mismatched couple and no good would come out of their relationship. Even God gave them so many chances, but some matches are just not meant to be.
"Shiva..??" a soft voice called out to him and his hands stopped working.
He knew the voice very well. As he turned to look at Disha, a dread settled in his heart.
Why was she here?
"Kaise ho Shiva??" she asked as she walked closer, much closer for his liking.
"Mein theek hun. Tum kaisi ho?" He awkwardly asked as he averted his eyes. He didn't want to look at her.
"Mein ab tak to theek hi this. Ab jo mujhe tumhare divorce ki news mili to aur bhi acchi ho jaungi. Tumhe finally uss Raavi see chutkara mil hi gaya."
Shiva's jaw clicked as he stared at his clenched fist. Surely, he did get rid of the burdening relationship, but Raavi was not ready to accept the fact.
"Haan. Tum theek keh rahi ho. Mil hi gaya mujhe chutkara usse, aur iss bekaar ke rishte se."
Disha smiled happily and wrapped her arms around his shoulders, and Shiva reluctantly wrapped his around her waist.
----
Raavi, who had been quietly listening to them felt something break inside her. Even though he had said so many things to her which were hurtful, he had never admitted that their relationship was 'bekaar'.
She blinked repeatedly, to see whether she was dreaming but her vision was becoming blurry with all the tears that had surfaced on her eyes. She pinched herself next, just so that she could wake up from her dream and find she was in her bed, only dreaming Disha and Shiva together.
But Alas! She could only wish something like this to her God and they would make it happen for her?
If that would have been the case, Shiva would have agreed to get married to her.
Did he say yes to her to get married? No
Does he hate her? Yes
Will his hatred for her ever go away? Sadly, No
"Mujhe pata that Shiva ki woh Raavi tumhare layak hi nahi hai. Kitni baar usne insult ki hai usne tumhari. Kitni baar tumhare pariwaar walon ka tamasha banaya hai. Humesha apne aap ko koi tragedy queen prove karne ki koshish ki hai, aur sab ghar walon ke naak mein dum karke rakha hai. Are use to tumhari koi parwaah hi nahi hai. Tumhe kya pasand hai, Tumhe kya accha lagta hai, in sab baton se use koi farak nahi padta. Bass tumhe neecha kaisa dikha sakti hai, yahi planning karti rehti thi. Baaki sab ghar walon ko bhi kitna pareshaan kiya hai usne. Ek number ki Attention seeker hai woh. Par ab tum tension mat lo. Ab koi problem nahi hogi. Hum dono ki shaadi hone se ab woh bhi nahi rok sakti. Hum dono saath mein bahut khush rahegi..."
Her heart pained at all the allegations, but what pained the most was Shiva just stood there, while he closed his eyes and accepted Disha's comfort.
A comfort that she wanted to provide, but he always pushed her away, rejecting all her efforts.
But everything happens for a reason. Even though she was being foolish by forcing Shiva to marry her, but at the back of her mind, she always heard a voice telling her how wrong she was doing.
Dhara's words rang in her ears. 'Pyaar kabhi zabardasti se nahi kiya jata'. She should have learned her lesson at the time of Dev, but she didn't learn anything from that experience and here she was again forcing Shiva to marry her, when he doesn't want to, or maybe even if wants to but his ego is not letting him to give in to her demands.
But his silence just confirmed that he also felt the same way Dev felt for her. NOTHING but PITY! He didn't love her. If he did, he would have kept his ego aside and given in. If only he loved her, he would have accepted her with all her flaws and believed in her despite the circumstances.
But he didn't do it, and now Raavi realized that she mistook everything that he did out of sympathy for her as 'LOVE'. She thought that the dreamy eyes, that soft gaze with which he saw her, he felt something too. But he just popped the bubble and she felt ashamed of the conclusions she had reached to, on her own.
He didn't love her. Her love for the second time was turned into a joke. The second man whom she loved didn't love her back. What was the point of pestering him to marry her when he didn't love her?
Was she that shallow to run behind the man who didn't even love her? She stumbled back as she staggered on her steps as she allowed the tears to dribble down her cheeks.
So much for asking for a person who could love her unconditionally!!!
She turned and walked back to the house, leaving behind the Lehenga which had slipped from her grasp. She was unable to hear what happened between Shiva and Disha next.
She didn't want to hear Shiva agree to Disha's allegations. She was not interested anymore.
-----
Dhara wiped the sweat off her forehead as she came out of her room. She was done organizing her room, and now she had to cook dinner for everyone. She was about to call Raavi, wanting to know her whereabouts, but stopped when she saw her walking in from the front door, tears streaming down her cheeks.
"RAAVI??" She walked towards her in panick. "Kya hua baccha, Ro kyun rahi hai tu??" she wiped Raavi's tears, only for fresh tears to replace them.
"SAB KHATAM HO GAYA DHARA DI", she mumbled as stumbled down on her feet, Dhara trying to handle her.
"Sab khatam ho gaya? Kya bol rahi hai tu Raavi?", she cupped Raavi's face as she forced her to look up.
"Mera pyaar fir adhura reh gaya Dhara Dii. Shiva mujhse pyaar nahi karta. Nahi karta mujhse pyaar. Mujhse pyaar.." she fainted in Dhara's arms as she mumbled the last words.
Dhara screamed for Suman, as she tried to wake Raavi up. Suman walked with a frown as she saw Raavi's state, but panicked the moment she saw Raavi fainted in Dhara's arms.
Luckily Krish was in the house, so with some help, they settled her in Shiva's room. Dhara sprinkled some water over Raavi's face, and thankfully she woke up.
The moment she woke up, she hugged Dhara and started crying bitterly. Dhara tried to console her, but she refused to hear her.
"Mera pyaar firse adhura reh gaya Dhara Dii. Shiva mujhse pyaar nahi karta...Nahi karta woh mujhse pyaar..." She continued to cry as Dhara consoled her again.
"Aisa mere saath hi kyun hota hai Dhara Dii, Kya mein itni buri hun ki koi mujhse pyaar hi nahi karna chahta? Kya mein itni buri hun Dhara Dii? Ki kisi ko mera pyaar nahi chahiye? Pehle Dev, aur ab Shiva bhi mujhe pyaar nahi karta. Use sif daya aati hai mujhpe, aur ab mujhse itni nafrat karta hai ki mujhse shaadi karne ki bajaye ab woh Disha se shaadi karne ke liye taiyaar ho gaya hai. Mein pyaar ke kaabil hi nahi hun shayad. Isilye bhagwaan ji mujhe saza de rahe hain. Pehle apne maa-baap ko khaa gayi, aur ab koi bhi mujhse pyaar nahi karna chahta."
Dhara felt helpless and she gripped Raavi's sobbing weak form. She felt bad for whatever Raavi had to go through in the past, and now also. Why did Disha come into the picture again?
Raavi frantically pulled away from her hug.
"Jab meri Shiva se shaadi hone hi nahi wali hai to mera yahaan rukne ka kya fayda? Mein ab aur aap logon pe bojh nahi banungi. Kaki, bahut pareshaane kiya hai aap logon ko meri bachkani harkaton se. Ho sake to ek nadaan bacchi samajh kar mujhe maaf kar dijiyega."
Dhara, Krish and Suman saw her pack her bags and leave, all feeling mixed emotions.
Was this really the end for Shivi?
Hello all!
Back after so long!! Have been very busy with my personal life, but will try to update my other works if you all want.
The current track for Shivi is being so over the top that I have stopped watching the episodes regularly.
It's high time for Raavi to have a backbone and stand for HERSELF, rather than forcing Shiva who is clearly not in love with her. If he was, he would have tried to show some of his feelings. Getting angry for her and at her is not helping the situation at all. He clearly is showing Raavi that he doesn't want her, She should see it, realize it, and should Bloody MOVE ON!!! It's high time now!!!
Sorry for the rant, but I'm so bloody pissed!!
