PB was mean today, What is Akshu made of?

PB said some really mean things to Akshu today that she has manipulated and is playing games. She seemed to be unaffected by it. How can you be okay with that much of abuse? Only time she reacted was when he said that Abhi uninvited him to the wedding. I hope she doesn't become like Manjari tolerating his abuse. I would hate a girl in 2022 being talked to like that and tolerating it.

I think she bore it because she thinks he has a point. This is someone known to internalize guilt and she's aware of the conflict she's spurred between the father-son duo so his hatred might've seemed legitimate. Similarly, she didn't retaliate when Mahima taunted her about being an orphan and not understanding mother-daughter relations. She thought, due to her insecurities, that Mahima had a point and it was something she couldn't relate to because both her mothers left her at a young age, an age before the teenage rebellion and major conflict arises between parent-child. For example, I'm confident Abhi and his father's butting heads and hostility grew trifold when Abhi entered adolescence because at that age, emotions, hormones, intellect, physical power and other factors, grow stronger.

Very very very mean.. He knows he cannot say much to Abhimanyu, so he behaves like this with Manjiri and Akshara

Well our respect is in our hands. If you do not want to be respected, no one can help you so I totally agree with your post. People just take you for granted when they know you will take anything that is thrown on you. I will never give anyone right to talk to me like that but unfortunately female leads are shown to take all nonsense when it comes to in laws.

The original essence of this show is gone for quite sometime now. When the original Akshara got married, she had to deal with conservative in laws, but they did genuinely love her. No one ever talked to her like the way PB spoke to this gen Akshara today. I am all for respect for the elders, and yes some tolerance is okay, but this is not nice. Also because she was still persuading Abhi to invite him. Well if Abhi says no , I think she should have some trust in him. I don't know why I am ranting, may be my patience is running out with this over dose of family nonsense! I hate it. Even in the 1st season, Akshara Naitik met, there were long phone conversations, there was romance atleast in the beginning. Here it feels like Akshara mein uski par daadi ki aatma aa gayi Hai!

She kept calm and asked him the reason of his hate..

Hate is coming form Abhi distancing and ignoring his fathe..he doesn't value him

She understands Papa Birlas pain too.

She will have to pass through this humiliation just like Abhi had to go to Jail
