Vikrant is the most complex character written in ITv
I didn’t watch the show from the beginning, in fact have only watched it for a month, but to me the show was as much about Vikrant as it was about Dipika.
Rohit is a fantastic actor, I’d never seen or heard of him before, but he breathed life into this character. He made us hate Vikrant, yet love him and that’s commendable. I can’t imagine an episode without him, wonder what they’ll show the last week

Damn I too was thinking of opening a thread to give farewell to him..😆 But I wouldn't have been able to put it the way u've put! 👏 So here's my tiny take..
Muahhh thank you soo much!! ❤️❤️
The show DZK, though claims it's about Deepika, it was actually about Vikrant throughout! So no matter how much we disliked nd cursed him, now that he has made his exit, one can definitely feel the void as now there's no solid story, for, the whole story revolved around him right from the beginning till episode no.64! I surely wanted a different closure for this character..Like u said, it's been very well depicted how much he actually belonged with his wife Aditi nd he finally realized it too but as it's said Karma doesn't forget anyone's address, he got his punishment through Aditi's sudden death for all the wrongdoings that he did! This one incident changed his life nd him completely! 💔
Love your perspective but I think differently here :) I feel the story was about Abhay and Vikrant - they are two perspectives of how life can be when you make one choice over the other. Most times in life, we have atleast 2 choices to choose from and some people reflect later on wondering how life would have been if they had chosen something else. Here there are two ambitious, gifted surgeons at different stages in their life making life choices and how their reactions to relationships/ situations impact their life and state of mind. There are many times on the show Abhay and Vikrant are pitted against each other - at face value it looks like its for Deepika but in reality its due to conflicting morals and value systems. They are basically leaders of opposing belief systems in India today and exemplary of how individuals have different fates when they handle pride and pain differently.
Nd Rohit Purohit..I never watched any one of his shows before..I just knew him for his look ka comparison with Hrithik Roshan, nd I always loved Rohit for his looks..eyes especially! Wasn't a fan though but now..after watching him portray Vikrant with such a finesse, I admit he's incredible as an Actor..😲 What perfection!👏 Now I'm surely a fan!
I haven't watched any of his work previously and thats really sad...what a gifted actor!
So here's to the most disliked yet not an all in all negative character, the sexy Surgeon..Dr.Vikrant Saxena..❤
Beautifully written 👏and thanks for adding the sexy part...i missed it 😉

I am so happy to see that so many of us were able to hate, like, dislike then become complacent with Dr. Vikrant Saxena only because of a certain Mr.Rohit Purohit
Just so Glad.
I would only say one thing - Hope the other Production Houses have realized his potential atleast with this show and there're a lot of Amazing opportunities waiting for him in the Future 🤗
Ditto!! Echo the same emotion...he has everything going for him and hope we get to see more of him in the coming future!!!
I thought we'd have episodes all 7 days a week? Did it air today?
Vikrant is most complex character ever written in ITV as far as i have watched. And i love complex characters .
He just lost everything for something he could never have . I hope that he will get a loving family that he deserves. He will be a great father for his children.
And about Rohit's performance, i don't think i have much to say . His screen presence as Dr.Vikrant Saxena says it all .

Dr Vikrant Saxena ❤️
Since he entered the show, he brought his whole aura with him. I hated him but at the same time had compassion for him.
Whatever he has learnt since his childhood was wrong, his whole life has been upside down. From loosing Deepika to marrying Aditi for the sake of his family and his ego to actually loosing his wife and Deepika, the worst punishment is that he will suffer his whole lifetime.
Honestly when they showed a completely lost Vikrant and in trauma after Aditis death, I could see myself as I have faced this phase (not because of the same consequences), so this is when I got kinda "close" to the character's feelings.
Rohit surpassed himself in those scenes.....in all his scenes.❤️
Also, not to forget, whatever was happening in his personal life, Vikrant made sure that it doesn't affect his professional life (apart the drugs part). This is another good thing about him (though he had high self ego).
Vikrant was neither positive or negative, just a perfect balance between the 2.
Already missing him.
Thank you for making this tribute post🤗
