I used to sit between two boys in the row. Also, boys drame nahi karte, I find them easy to befriend in real life initially. Boys ke drame baad mein shuru hote hain, and then they become a pain to deal with.

Dictation/speaking would require an element of proficiency in pronunciation too right? (not the easiest in French afaik)

Like Garçon is literally Gar-Sawn when pronounced, so the chances of messing up spelling are high? Not one of those languages where what you hear/speak is exactly what you write.

I have maintained this with all of my friends that when we talk and when we meet I dont want to know any xyz person's story. You are my friend tell me about yourself, your dreams, your aspirations, things you did and what you are doing and what you plan to do. That xyz person is not my friend, he/ she is of no significance to me.
