As much fun as we make about Akshu's first red dress, this is now the second time that a huge dhamaka is happening with Akshu wearing the same color. Red is the color of Shakti, whom Parvati is an avatar of. Last time, we saw Shakti come out in Akshu going against her family and standing with Abhi by confessing. That was the first step in her transformation into Parvati. Now, again, she is wearing the same color and going against her family for Abhi. This time, she isn't Sati... she is no longer scared. She is going to defy Manish by not only opening the gates, but going to the station against his blatant orders. And, during this same track, I truly believe Abhira will be accepted by Manish post-heart attack. I think that it is beautiful how the makers pay such close attention to these details and the parallels they draw with mythology.
