Ishaan's motive might be connected to Agastya and not Paakhi. May be they are brothers like some predicted here. Paakhi will be just a tool to get to Agastya. Unlike Paakhi, sensible people can understand how much Agastya is besotted to her. So Ishaan might have thought to manipulate Paakhi to hurt Agastya.

This season doesn't have an ultimate villain till now...like Yug is only following Agasthya's orders, Agasthya is not portrayed as an ultimate dark character and Akshit I don't think he can make for the iconic villain ITV prefers. So who's the bad guy in the show?

They are taking really good care to show that Agastya isn't a totally evil person. It is a nice balance of good and bad.

Akshit can't even entertain in a positive role. He will look like a cartoon as a villain going by his current level. Hope he will improve a bit once they add some shades to his character.
