What kind of stories/movies you want to see in BW now?

Been binging on 90's feel good and old Black/white classics for the weekend. I would love to see a sweet romcom or just simple good slice of the life movie with good characters going through their lives. I feel so tired of all the movies nowadays showcasing Biopics, HW superhero features, larger than life action movies or 'hard hitting' stories showcasing ugly side of society.

What kind of movies would you like to see out of BW now that cinemas are opening.

Replace that simp hero now with this new chad on the block and diversify it to other genres . Like - "Main Tera Patriot" , "Patriot No.1" , "Patriotpanti" , "Toonpur Ka Superpatriot" , "Phata Poster Nikla Patriot" etc.

It'd be nice to have stories catering to the urban audience. Stories ki dearth nahi hai. It's the writers who lack the capabilities to pen original scripts. If only significance was given to nurturing skillfull writing talent.

Early 2000s type comedies would be great as well.

The thing is, Hindi filmmakers don't seem to be willing to put on their thinking caps.

Indian values aur progressive mentality ko saath mein rakh ke bhi toh kahaniyan likhi jaa sakti hain.

Yaa toh Befikre type filmein banani hain yaa bilkul hi sweeter than saccharin type movies banani hain. Balance toh hai hi nahi koi.

When Bollywood gets into something, they overdo it to death. I want variety. I want to see cute rom coms that doesn't have 40 things thrown in it to make it "unique". I want to see love triangles. I want to see whodunit murder mysteries. I want to see comedies that aren't making weird vulgar jokes. It's not funny. Just embarrassing. I want to see horror that's not erotic for no reason.

This....we have had such amazing films like DCH, RDB ZNMD, 3 idiots, Lage raho with amazing songs, good acting and beautiful stories and all of these were such big hits, aisa nhi h ki audience good movies appreciate nhi krti but aajkal bs yo to south se copy paste chal rha or boring biopics....

Inhe bs kuda banana and uske baad hr flop movie 'niche' ho jati jo saari audience ki samajh se pare hoti h

The only movies that I am looking fwd to now is Jhund and LSC
