New viewer here! Liking the mystery being shown right now.

Does anyone know who the hooded guy is??

And it's shown that the hooded guy helps Pakhi and watches her all the time. Is the hooded guy working for Agastya??

The hooded guy is Yug and he works for Agastya. Yug watches Pakhi all the time on Agastya's order.
