Salary hike happens only after a year of contract is done which is in March for them. All must have negotiated but the new pay will only start in March.
That said, isn’t there something called creative satisfaction? So they will do anything for money?😕
Even at work, if we don’t like something, we can politely put across our thoughts, get to consensus somewhere in the middle, but here it is appalling.
Also why is every track finally steered to show BhabiMa is a mahaan. Aren’t they taking Shiny’s inputs?
That’s exactly what’s going to happen in this bandare track. They showed R and R to be idiots to put Bhabima at a higher pedestal. If at all Mahaanji gives them one final chance, it will be due to her.
She will be proven right in Shiva- Raavi’s relationship that Raavi’s methods are wrong and her advice on tyaaga and samarpan is always right.
My point about the salary hike was about performance pay. Generally, offices give salary hikes & bonuses based on performances, so I was thinking it would be similar here.
That said, I find the entire PH suspicious, to be honest. Who doesn't take audience feedback to improve their show & its ratings?! Why would they allow the writers to butcher characters to this extent?! Why isn't the PH working on anything?!
They've tried this Bhabhi mahaanta a 1000 times, and it always flops. We've been making fun of it so long now, even we've gotten bored. But will the PH do anything?! No. They'll continue writing their standard crap, with no improvement in ratings, characters or storyline.
Dang! They work on Sundays too! Can’t they get atleast one Sunday off? BhabiMa was off last weekend, but what about others😕

Actor's life is very difficult actually. They need to earn and save as much as they can when the show is on air. Because next show milte milte kabhi kabhi 1-2 saal lag jata hain. They have to survive on their savings only during that period. Recently I read one interview of Divyanka tripaathi where she talked about how she struggled financially after her show went off air

Agree and sometimes when they don't get another show for long time, their popularity also gets decreased and it's tough to get a second chance as a lead in sitara like channel that too at prime time

Yeah even I read an interview of Niti Taylor too recently.. That due to pandemic it's very difficult to get a show, even they have reduced per day salary of actors too bcz they know it's very difficult to get a show at this time & now social media influencers & tictockers has started giving competition as they have very large fan following, so they're getting the role, acting what? Yeah that's what she said! It is a tough time for actors.. Even popular actor like Nia Sharma too said that due to pandemic it's been difficult to get new shows & good salary

I remember the actor playing motiben posted one video in insta during first lockdown and she talked about her financial struggle. Producers of her previous show didn't pay her even after the show went off air and she had to sell home made stuffs to survive
