I don't think they will bother to even explain this mystery, even that Akki guy ne bhi interview mai mazaak mai bol diya when asked about his absence he answered if he was there Ram would have argued with Akki. Honestly if I was CVs I would have shown Shivi being scared to see someone in miserable health condition this is why she never visits them that time.
