Karan-Aajtak-my opinion -do read

I watched Karan's contorversial clip on aajtak. And here are my two cents.

When Karan came out and did not meet his fans, I did not think much of it, although I appreciated the fact that Shilpa and Pankit made that effort for people who were waiting for another actor! Karan may have had problems or distracted whatever.

But when the aajtak team asked him about it, he could have been more sympathetic to the waiting fans or even said something like 'sorry I was not in the mood./was tired etc' and stressed how important fans are to him. But instead, he said 'if I spend time with them here (=not working in the serial) what will they watch at home?' which is a ridiculous statement.

I am sure DMG production team would not have minded him 'wasting' 5 min for his fans.

For those who defend him and say it's his personal issue, all I can say is, it was his response to the aajtak team which brought him down in my eyes, not the fact that he ignored his waiting fans.

Everybody has their own Personal Views, So we should just leave that matter where it is, Karan Singh Grover hasn't been like that in his pervious interivews, Him and Shilpa come on SBS Regulary.. We should'nt judge something we don't know fully about..Yes its true that he could of said something better when the Aaj tak team asked him, but who knows, maybe they cut the rest out, or he blanked out and didn't know what to say..?

i totally agree....an actor has to show some respect towards his fans.....its fan following that make actors big....karan singh grover should not think himself as one of be most busy actor on television today...even if he is....then ther r others too...and they certainnly respect their fans....this is arrogance.....5 mins for fans wont be penalised......

You know something.. the aajtak people could very well ve edited wht he said.. its possible they asked him several questions and he answered to one of them the way he did jokingly.. or it could be tht that wasn't his full answer..

i dont judge celebs by wht i see and hear in todays gossip programmes and mags.. one never actually knows wht real goes on.. infact lot of the mag interviews are not even given by the celebs and they dont alwys sue unless thier character has been defamed badly by a false piece of journalism.

I dont believe nay celeb will delibrately try to destroy thier own fan followin or image.

I agree to some extent. but there's a thing like media bias, and that's porbably what aajtak did.
