Abhi's roars and breaking things only comes out for Manjari and Akshu. In the flashback, we saw that he was silently supporting Anisha. He didn't create any tamasha. He feels protective of Anisha, but it is no where near the concern he has for his mother and Akshu. Even now, he is almost more worried about telling Akshu than Anisha's condition itself....

This is exactly my point. He just found out about Kairav and Anisha probably during the phone call while he was jumping rope. That is why he has been so desperate to tell Akshu since then. No way he has known this entire time. He would never keep something like this from Akshu.

Definitely Abhimanyu knows her past. It seems like she will be Kairavs wife only. So whoever was shipping for Kaisha will be happy. Why in yeh rishta all siblings marry in same family. I guess because of budget they cannot introduce new family. It sucks.

yeah !! Exactly, I guess the same. He just found out and he knows Kairav is not at fault. He said it’s very complicated but he needs to tell Akshu first. Manjiri can wait
