are i dont eat chips, biscuits or things like that...itna unhealthy bhi nahin hoon. Calories dekhkar dhakka lag jata hai...kabhi kabhi when i go out and eat, have a few drinks, next day boiled eggs in meal.

I try to make food as delicious and healthy as you can, like using lots of veggies with too lil pasta sometimes the ratio is like 5:1.

Only thing, shouldnt take too much if you're a woman because it makes you bleed A LOT. So yeah, its very medicinal. But it's verrrrry tasty

Palm is darkest, but also kinda bitter sometimes??

Boiled veggies...i dont mind as long as theyre salted. Dad used to have some medical issues so he used to have them like that... no salt.

Herbs and amla??? Nope just nope. I hate amla. I dont mind the apples/carrot but amla is disgusting.

Roti and ghee 😛 i try to douse my thosai in it whenever i get the chance but now my mum mixes it with oil so no more doing that ☹️

Palm sugar and palm jaggery sometimes are bitter.

Nestle milo the chocolate beverage ya it's available.

And dosa with hmmmm i have that once in four months or so.

Amla i happen to like.

Apart from sesame and jaggery i usually have fenugreek which is good for menstrual pain or cramps.

oh... there's this thing called 'paath'...idk if it's just a regional thing or there are versions of it... basically it's melted gur with dry fruits...its so delicious. it's mostly made for women post pregnancy, for a few months. havent had it in a few years, but just the best thing

No...no boiled veggies. i wish i could eat them...but na... I love spicy sabzis.

Tbh, lockdown kinda hit hard so had to change some things. Don't go out anymore so no fast food... but had some medical issues so yeah that's why no coffee. Have to control my spice intake too (😭😭)

Trust me, not really balanced because I'm full on night owl, but also because mum cooks for us most of the time.

Bread is pretty staple so, kinda mild. Lots of carbs tho.

I have a feeling i know whats 'paath' but maybe we call it sth else. Have to ask mum.

Don't stress yourself out over this tho. One person's balanced diet may not be the same for someone else. We have at least 3 different diets in my house...

Your body knows what it needs, so just have regular checkups and make sure to include food pyramid somehow. Should be fine. If you drink lots of tea/coffee, neutralise with juice or milk. Should be okay.

Then it's fine y worry. Kabhi kabaar chalta hai. We are human after all. I keep cut raw veggies to snack on usually. Pasta i do like but have it occasionally with olives broccoli cherry tomatoes corn zucchini and some onions. Generally Bajra ya jawahar roti with a side of vegetables and curd is my preferred lunch. Breakfast main phulka without oil with some homemade chutney with a serving of fruits and nuts mix. If not phulka then rava dosa raagi dosa ya moong dal dosa. Mid morning i usually have sprouts salad. Evening brown bread sandwich or a salad with greens.Dinner kichdi ya brown rice small serving. Glass of plain milk before bed.

Yes same omg. We keep it ready in a jar just in case.

P.s. don't get addicted to milo. Got lots of sugar and malt (which is also sugar) so anyways you end up with a lot of carbs. But do try once in a while. My mum said it's something like bournvita but i cant rmbr cause i only had that like once.

Ok u saw that bts i put right. It's same as today's fatejo outfit so that paper is the letter from college. Hopefully ye angad track speeds up. Y can't they focus on other things apart from that screeching witch for gods sake. They are ruining their own show. So now we have coach sir and madam professor back i guess. Hopefully some college sequence where they can talk it out and decide stuff.
