I agree, why would anyone regret working specially in a situation when most of the industries were closed due to covid. TV and movies shooting were suddenly halted indefinitely. These people have limited shelf life and imagine you lose a whole year sitting at home, not earning anything and paying your bills.
I knew from you that Ankit had negotiated good deal for himself. Also, when he was taken onboard he was guaranteed to be the sole male lead. Also the way this show started and was nose diving in TRP, receiving ultimatum to be pulled off air and on top of that APRIL second covid wave in India. Every cast and crew of this show will be thanking their stars and the audience rather than regretting.
F yes! I didn't even take the covid situation in consideration. I've a friend, pretty well off, they've a few restaurants and they're like it's getting rough during covid and lockdown. And the limited shelf life... There are very few exceptions for that. Otherwise industry works that way.
Also as much as Fateh was stooped, and redeemed, it's a good role as an actor. 90% male roles, even the leads have way less potential than what he's done. There is just no scope for anything.
It's literally the best thing which has happened to them.
