Infact, Suman is the main reason why Shiva is illiterate. Gombi and Dhara wanted him to study. Dhara tried extreme measures to make him study but Suman silenced her with a warning.

I hope sometime raavi say to Shiva that she knows how it feels like to get accused of something that you never did and all of the above to prove yourself.
