so I never watched Diya aur Baati hum…but got curious and read through the synopsis on Hotstar… if you see even there MIL was quite obsessed with them being intimate and she was absolutely horrible to FL in the beginning… so I guess they are following same trend with a modern touch… may be many of the scenes and things are copied from their old shows.. some from YUDKBH.. some from DABH .. some from BB… and so on…
