She Doesn't have much idea about all the characters and backstory.not a fan of any character or actor.

The dlg where gombi says

" Itne din kisi janwar ko paas rakhe to bhi usse lagao ho jaata hai. Raavi to phir bhi teri biwi hai shiva"

She was like WHAT? Did this man just compare a man loving his wife to attachment with a pet? Is this the advice a big brother gives his younger brother about marriage?

She was really angry on that scene.

I kind of defended gombi saying he exactly didn't mean it that way.

Did anyone find that dlg offensive? I didn't pay much attention to it in my first watch😆

PS- I don't know if it has already been discussed. Didn't go through all pages of the EDT.

I didn't watch the episode but if he said this then yes it's offensive.. Yes maybe gombi didn't mean it in that way but not everyone is as used to adbhut writing as us, so yes I understand she felt it that way

If the other wallpaper family members besides suman and rishita start calling out shivas behaviour then maybe there is a chance he will have to repent sooner or later. Gaumbi ,dev and today krish all took raavis side and dhara will too considering she knows raavi loves shiva. Suman is a lost cause and rishita is a flip flopper and she doesnt know raavi like the others she thinks she is so smart. This is why they get lets go on a car ride and cause an accident track lol

I know right.

She was literally taken aback by watching that one scene. And when i saw her reaction i realised how problematic it was.

I was like you have no idea what else is shown on this show.

I found it offensive. He joined Shiva, Suman, Krish Ka insensitive gang. Gombi got to say dialogue after long instead of Bhabhi, and he says this. He is better off sticking to nimboopani

I found Rishita just opening Raavi’s paperwork offensive too.
I found it offensive that the whole family reading letter & while clueless Raavi looks on & later gets mo time to process this to counter them with facts.

This show has scenes , tracks, dialogues - very very sadistic & regressive at the level of being criminal.
tomorrow’s Throwing Raavi on streets is equally offensive.

Top writers afterall.

Risita is flip flopper. She is supporting shiva as she know if kamini is involved she will get the humiliation what raavi is facing.

But Shiva and Suman characters are beyond repair. I hope kd doesn't justify shiva action. Shiva and Suman plus the naagins need to cry khoon ke aansoo. I hope because of his behavior all somnath girl use nafrat ki nazar se dekhe. He deserves harted in people's eye.

This made me think. Have we gotten so saturated and used to seeing trashy things in the show, that now if anyone says something offensive, we seem to find it so normal and brush it aside because we have seen way worse 🤔

It's highly disturbing 😕

What is not offensive in this show?..

Krish making jokes on shivas education?

Bhabhis family planning and biological clock discussed by devars on the breakfast table?

Ladthe ladthe 3 4 bache tho paida kar hee lenge from suman..?

All those offensive names suman has so much fun in calling her daughter in laws.

Did u tell ur friend Ravi is called a markundi gaay too..🤪

The list goes on ..

And according to someone it is normal in many houses based on their interviews. And they even claim they have experienced all this in their on houses.🤪..explains many things though. 🤔

Sometimes I think your writing style tells about your guise or I would say internalised school of thoughts or the way we have seen things in our life.. Sometimes in their dialogues it looks like they've seen this internalised patriarchy or these kinds of things they have often heard in their surrounding & they use it to connect it to larger mass who watches it, because still people use these kinds of things, words & have these school of thoughts

Though I've never seen mere angne me, but my mom used to watch it & some dialogues were way more regressive than this.

And it's funny how some actors claim the tracks are very relatable and every house goes through these stuffs..even their own..🤪

I mean. How?..where?..who?...if they experience this kind of life in their own house, they should seek help..not flaunt it to the audience. 🤪

Some writers use their rural touch to connect masses in a progressive manner like first balika vadhu, they showed problematic things in society, many dialogues of dadi sa were regressive, still they managed to make her grey, later progressive, even with all the characters & storyline.. And we have this, normalization of every problematic thing. That's where your writing talent & your storytelling shows
