Why do celebs go on this show?

Why do celebs even consider this show when they know it's rigged? For the longest time I thought fans used that as an excuse to justify their favourite contestant from being eliminated but this season the channel didn't even try to hide the biased and rigged winner.

Gauhar and Kamya's tweet implies the winner was decided by the channel as well. Does that mean Gauhar was approached with an offer too? Why would all these celebs that haven't been promised a win even join the show? For a little publicity?

Weekly payment..... Shamita Nishant must be the richest at the end of BB OTT & BB15 with a weekly sum for 6 months.

It's been rigged from a long time.. there was time channel used to give it to a non content creators and the celebs who never used to do any thing and survived only cos of audience votes. Even that time it looked lame that people just sit and take the trophy like juhi or shweta .

Later the Trend started of keeping negative people till the end and bots trending and making them win. Like prince, Rubina n bheja..

Irrespective of everything there startegy fails...

Atleast they should stick to the original concept. People who are nominated by housemates n the audience needs to decide the one they need to save.

In season 13 they dragged the elimination of paras n Mahira till the end.. annoying it was..

They had good combination of people this year.. unfortunately false elimination s caused this.

I could see it was rigged but technically meaning no eviction week …that’s all

but now - no nomination no task one group task

Then cancel eviction plus cut footage from ppl whom u don’t want to win

Yes, I guess for that 'little publicity'. And the money. Jay kept saying how he was here for the money.

I would be very curious to see what "celebs " they attract next year given how idiotic and weird and biased the show was this year.

The channel needs to acknowledge and introspect but instead they seem to be doubling down on pretending that all izz well.

With the pandemic where people were staying at home, they could have had a very successful show if they had shown even some semblance of sense.

It is definitely for the weekly payments which probably adds up to more than the winning amount for a select few.

Also, I think it is about time ex contestants like gauahar, shehnaz, gautam gulati, rashmi, etc stop adding value to this show by appearing during WKVs and finales. Not needed as they too are merely being used. I believe they do it out of a sense of obligation and gratitude, and are not getting paid for these appearances.

Because the amount of fame, love and money they get from this show is unparalleled to other reality shows. Their are hardly any great Indian reality shows for celebrities, except maybe BB and Khatron ke khiladi.

MTV shows are usually not for celebrities, so yes.
