The look is heavily inspired from western UP stately homes .. esp in the rural area .

Bro Khandala-Lonavala bhi toh hai, its the new hub 😆 Since COVID either people are renovating their houses there or rich people are buying.

Yeah exactly. This has to be quite far away coz even Kalyan and all is very expensive...one bedroom for 1 Cr plus...and its not even Lokhandwala 😆

If its that far then he'll take minimum 1.5-2 hours to cross East to West and reach Juhu...phir jaane kitna time to reach town.

It's not a bungalow, looks like a two storey house but it doesn't look like a Mansion either... A McMansion maybe...

@bold - 😐 are you serious? Man I feel bad for silently judging Kalyan wale door ke rishtedaar now. It’s the new builds in Mumbai that have my attention - both interiors and exteriors are far superior than most flats/buildings i’ve seen in the West.

Agar Khandala/Lonavala mein khud ka ghar nahi ho toh ek toh chachu/maamu/maasi/papa ka dost hona chahiye that can sort you out for NYE plans there.😆
