Prologue
Akshara Goenka walked aimlessly through the streets of Udaipur. Her heart was broken into a million pieces, tears continuously rolled down. She couldn’t believe that Abhimanyu just announced his engagement to her with Aarohi few hours ago.
“I can’t see you with someone else, Abhi. I know you love me, and I love you but Arohi loves you too, she already hates me and I can’t give her another reason to hate me by confessing my love to you. So it’s better I… I stay away from you. I will go away from both your lives.”

Raavi Pandya didn’t realise when she had climbed the train.
She was still in shock that Shiva had declared her characterless. She had slapped him and she didn't want to go back to home. So she boarded the first train that came to the station. Raavi wanted to leave Somnath for good. She couldn’t stay in the same city as Shiva. She felt disgusted, even thinking about the words he threw on her. She sat with her head leaning on the window pane. She won’t shed anymore tears she decided.
“I know you hated me, you never respected me. I thought at least you will start seeing me as a human being after I become your wife. But no, you are a stupid moron and you can never change. I’ll never forgive you.”
The train stopped at the Udaipur Station. Raavi saw a girl walking towards her cabin, her footsteps were heavy as if she had no life left within her. She looked broken. Her heart went to her, her tears had dried but Raavi could guess that she had been crying.
“Are you okay?” Raavi asked as the train started again.
The girl wiped her tears and smiled at Raavi weakly.
“I am fine,” she replied. She observed Raavi for a few seconds and asked back. “Are you okay?”
Raavi didn’t know why, but she felt like she was someone who could understand her pain. She let her heart out.
“I love him but he accused me of adultery,” She confessed. “Our wedding was a compromise, but I tried my best to work on it. But effort is needed from both sides for a marriage to work, right? And he couldn’t do it. He blamed me for something I can’t even think of! Love is nothing but an ugly and painful emotion!”
“You’re right. The fairytales that describe love so beautiful should be burnt. I love him too. And he also love me, the passion in his eyes, makes me feel like the most beautiful woman in the world. I had thought he had sent a marriage proposal for me, but it was for my sister. And to add on my misery, she loves him too. And they are getting married.”
“Did he cheat on you?”
“No. I never confessed my love to him. I am happy that my sister is marrying her love but I am not so strong to see my love being someone else’s.”
“I actually wanted to marry his brother,” Raavi said. “But he loved someone else. So his eldest Bhabhi ordered Shiva to marry me to save the reputations of both the families, even when she knew that he hated me. I fell for him but he kept hating me. Perhaps his hatred for me is stronger than my love for him.”
“Your husband didn’t accept your love and I can’t accept my love for Abhimanyu. I guess not exactly, but we are somewhere on the same boat.” She said and Raavi chuckled. “By the way, I am Akshara.”
“Raavi,” she smiled. “Where are you going?”
“Wherever this train takes,” Akshara sighed. “I just can’t stay in the same city where Abhimanyu and Aarohi live as husband and wife. I don't know what I am going to do now but…”
“Relax,” Raavi smiled again. “Let’s climb down in the next station and start afresh. We both deserve a new and better life.”
Finding strength in the new found friendship, Raavi and Akshara climbed down the train and marched towards their new life. They stopped below the large hoarding and smiled at each other.
“Welcome to Mumbai,” they read.
What's written on Akshara and Raavi's destiny? Where will this journey take them? Aren't they going to cross path with Abhimanyu and Shiva again?
