Happens to me once a while too, actually. You'll probably feel like sleeping through the day. You've rested well the past two days, haven't you? So tomorrow, no matter what happens, don't sleep through the day for more than 10 minutes. And about the eating issues. Fasting for one day, or skipping dinner one day will probably make sure you're hungry in the morning and back to schedule. But if you can't, then drinking lukewarm water and a forward bend vajrasana will do wonders for your GIT.
Keep a schedule though, Choti. An advisable limit would be to sleep before 12 unless absolutely unavoidable. And early dinners, before 8 for sure, will help with that.
Exactly is happening with me like I am over sleeping and still feel sleepy .Food ka is another issue because of the taste and smell.I am trying to set up flexible schedule.Originally posted by: Pottermeow

One advise from me too...
Avoid using phones or any screen atleast 30 minutes before your sleep(If using). Instead, grab a book and read somethingâ¤ď¸â¤ď¸đ¤đ¤

Main abh bhi bol rahi hoon! Nikal tere alag time zone seđ! On a normal day, I only take a barely 20 minute power nap post lunch.
It's one of the things I'm very strict about. 6 hours of sleep every night. Compulsory. No long naps during the day unless it's an absolutely tiring day.
