She said that. Sahi boli woh mommy meety

But she should not be so harsh on him

Meetwa should have gotten training form ke what to reply: emotions koi light switch thodi na hote hai ki off karte hi gaayab ho jaate hai 😆

Loved the episode. This has to be THE best episode thus far in the show that I will watch it again and again.

The lead pair, finally their acting prowess being utilised so beautifully. Meetwa's despair was wonderfully portrayed by Shagun. His voice modulation and body language was so good. Actually I guess this track has been beneficial in that sense. He got to showcase another side of him.

Coming to the episode, if the confrontation scene belonged to Meetwa, the following wake up call scene belonged to Meety. In this entire show thus far, this has to be the episode which shows why Meety is the perfect partner for Meetwa. Not the perfect matching of horoscopes, not bcz she is lucky for him, not the understanding of his pain and situation and giving him therapy sessions. But catching him by his nose and pulling him out of the depths of his so called troubles and demanding that he see his problems in perspective.

Yes problem is there. But how big it really is? Is it as big as you imagine it to be? So big that you cant see anything else or find anything else more important?

Simple sa example hai na. I dont like to eat this. I dont like to eat that. But then do I think of the people who dont get to eat at all? That kind of perspective dikha diya usko.

The whole episode was so well written. Yeah, shayad timelines ka gadbad hai but just see the bigger picture. The cutting of her hair while in uniform was symbolic. It was just to show the transformation that she underwent from the carefree girl to the one who took up all the responsibilities at a young age.

I also liked the screenplay and that they enacted the whole past instead of Meety verbalising it because her past we already know. But whatever she verbalised had double impact. When she mentioned about her hair during the honeymoon, it was more about her hair and appearance. This was about how she faced her problem head on and changed on the whole. Every single line that she said was like a 'hathodi' and hammered sense into Meetwa.

I wanted Meetwa to come out of his helplessness and handle Manushi on his own without needing Meety's therapy sessions but after watching this episode, I am glad they handled it this way. It was more realistic and relatable to me. Meetwa has been so emotionally protected and he is dependant on everybody else and more so on Meety. He has been selfish in a way. Before he was rude to her showing that this marriage was forced on him. Only with the imaginary bf track, it dawned on him that this relationship was forced on her as well. Yes he did care for her and took a stand for her but still he just expected her to support him and understand him at every step. The honeymoon trip also was his selfish reason to forget Manushi and even though he gave a choice to Meety that she can cancel the tickets if she wants, we know from his reaction he didnt really expect her too. Took her support for granted. Only thing is he has been really honest and which is why he is a sweetheart 😳
