During the fire scene Akshara very clearly says something like “abhi ko kuch hua toh mera kya hoga?” And proceeds to run into a burning hut to save Abhimanyu. Just because she hasn’t openly accepted it in front of anyone doesn’t mean Arohi doesn’t know of her feelings.
Arohi has known from the beginning that Akshu has feelings for Abhi. It’s the only reason why during her stay in the hospital she tells Akshu go ahead and accept him but then I will go far away. She’s done every single thing possible to ensure Akshara can never confess her feelings. From literal emotional blackmailing, manipulation, stealing credits, trying to make Akshu look heartless(lying to Abhi about Akshu leaving him in the fire) and so much more.
This is why I can’t bring myself to feel bad for Arohi no matter what happens. She refuses to take responsibility for her own actions and will continue to blame Akshara for everything. Fact is Karma is ruthless and if she can credit god for everything going her way than she can accept that karma is going to give her exactly what she deserves for all her kaands.Her delusional tendencies also kill me! Like seriously? Yes ofc Akshu is going to steal Abhi’s shoes right from his feet before he even enters the house and pretend all is well while the love of her life marries the biggest mistake of her life🙄
Yeah it's why no matter what I can't feel bad for arohi. Does it suck and is it injustice for a girl to be ditched on her wedding day? Yes! Did abhi himself propose her, yet still ditch her? Yes! But irrespective of these two points she is no victim and doesn't deserve to act like one. She knew very well abhi only proposed her for family happiness and he was clear to her he will never love her, she saw how he acts like she doesn't even exist to him multiple times, she heard abhi's love confession for akshu in tilak, yet she still went after him and wanted to marry him because marrying abhi is an accomplishment for her. It has nothing to do with her having any real emotions for abhi at all. The fact she knew abhi didn't propose to her for marriage out of happiness and he loves akshu means she knew exactly what she was getting into, but her overconfidence made her ignore all these facts and think the situation will change in her favour. Arohi gave herself false hopes.... nobody else did.
She deserves this, because a person has to learn from their mistakes and realise negative actions will have negative consequences eventually, and if arohi has sense she will reflect and realise this is all a consequence of her ignoring reality and trying to steal other's happiness for herself.
