I personally think akshu took the first step(confessing her love),so she definitely would take the second step but Abhimanyu needs the reassurance that things won't go back to how they were.

Bold - so so true!!! 👏🏻 That’s what had struck my mind today after the last scene.

You know I was wondering why those flashbacks were shown. Then I rewatched that scene.. Abhi was reflecting on how she’d backed out those past times even after saving him out of her love for him. ‘Hum alag hain yeh hum donon ka decision hai toh us decision ki respect karte hain’.. and all this while his expression was like- ‘yeh kab hua, when had we decided? Maine aisa kab kaha tha, what the hell are you even on about?’ Other times too, she put her family and Arohi first.

When he looks at her (while recalling those instances) in the mandir, he’s shown a little skeptical. I realised then k he is not able to trust her completely with regards to them Vs her family. And he’s justified in that. Maybe this is actually why he wants to marry her in haste. So he has full rights on her and she won't be able to back out then?

Exactly. He got her after long trials and pressure. He knows what she is thinking about sonhe won't leave a chance to make her his. Even in haste he gives sindoor to her families have to accept it orelse his efforts are in vain and he will be alone against her family. Now that she chose him against family he utilises this small window of opportunity I told .

Hai na.. he keeps looking at her to gauge her response. He can read her very well.

Abhi is really insecure with aks past words and actions. He doesnt completely trust her as he realized the extent of her sacrifice. She is too fragile and innocent to deal with certain harsh situations in life and then probably there can be a chance where abhi will be at loss. He knows the extent of extreme steps he had to take to bring Ak out of her shell even though she too loves him and that too in the 11th hour.

He was filled with apprehensions when he had proposed her for marriage. He very well know now in the last minute, he cannot change the humiliation the families and arohi faces. And its not even the family, if arohi makes one suicide threat, ak will be to square 1. We too know that. Ak gets easily manipulated. And due to this fear of insecurity, abhi wants to marry ak asap without even giving her a chance to think. For taking any bold actions in life, you dont think over it for hours and do it.. you do it spontaneously or if late you normally will back off from such decisions. Abhi knows if ak given time, she would want to go back to family which under present scenario will be tough in the long run as he doesnt have full right over ak. His fear and actions are justified too from his perspective. So he doesnt want to give her time to think and just held her hand and is pulling and taking her towards temple with his strategic words.. If you see properly all the actions are initiated by abhi and he is in haste whether holding and taking ak to temple, lighting the agni khund, while ak is in sort of trance simply following him though double minded. Once married he knows Ak is his forever and thats the only thing he is concerned about and her dignity.

Vaise, did kairav say ki TUMLOG kaha ho..jaldi aao? Like does he know ki akshu is not alone? I mean...this is what I remember 🤔🤔 correct me if I'm wrong. Maybe Akshu ne kairav ko hint di hui hai coz aarohi was not picking up the call?

Even in the live IV when asked about the marriage, ak replied didnt know and will decide the next day when the time comes, while Abhi HC was very clear and said he will take her and make her run along with him and even she wont realize it. She is now too naive to understand the complete scenario or the consequences of their truth. So would want to have that complete right over Ak and he would do anything for it now or else he knows his relationship and ak will be in jeopardy.
