Both of them are adults and if they are happy then Why would their family question them. Kk is already confuse. Why would his family say anything against his relationship to confuse him more.

I remember in bb12 romil's wife came and she called somi as her nand and romil's sister. After that romil got confused and his friendship with somi was broke. And then he lost the plot.
