A slight update

After evading it through the first and second waves, I've caught that which must not be named in Wave 3 😔. Pretty much everyone in my city has caught it over the last week-10 days.

And TRP thursday today- Akshita's show is at 0.5 (was 0.6 I think). Shagun's at 0.2

My main symptom was fever and a nasty sore throat that pained when you attempt to swallow saliva or anything, but others in my family have had vomiting and headaches too despite being doubly vaxxed.

I originally thought it was due to change in weather (Mumbai's been bizarrely cold in the last few days), and the symptoms resemble viral fever (which is common for this time).

If doubly vaxxed folks are getting a "mild" variant this way, I shudder to think what havoc delta wreaked.

My maasi lives there and told us the weather has changed and it's quite cold there.

Better now, but it did take a few days. The fever's disappeared, but there's this weird itchy throat/cough that hasn't quite gone. But now, there are other folks in the family who have caught it, and their symptoms seem to be stronger (vomiting, headache etc) 😔

This is almost like a bad viral fever- I would've assumed that was my problem if not for the test report.
