Yes it's Neil .. abhi left because of guilt he couldn't face Akshu...

It has to be someone different because there is a huge editing gap between he ripening her eyes and the fun. It’s like her eyes were half way to opening and then next scene is his wide eyed tum.

I saw some pics where abhimanyu is sitting on chair and near window in the corridor. He is crying and wearing same OT wala dress. I don't think abhimanyu was in the room when she woke up. Looking at him might put her in stress, which he would never want. So he left.
