Iam also gg through a toxic work environment...not to this extend but still....there is a grp of teachers who really rag the junior teachers....and i have been their new target for a while....they wud always comment on my dress, my voice, my looks and everything....and the ego clashes of senior ones... some have a hold on our head and they rule...the place is toxic but kids keep you sane😍

U will get more people who will try to dominate you . Only true friends will always in ur support. Politics is everywhere. Nowadays environment has become toxic. Log apna faida dekte hai aur dusrro ko girane ki koshish.karte hsi. Just ignore them. Stay positive. ❤

I will tell you my experience I am in dummy college right now and this college doesn’t have management and coordination among staffs and students also they do their mann ki baat and if point out their mistakes then they will accuse of not talking with respect to them and all and humiliate you in front of ever and I am not a teachers pet but still always have a good image of myself in my previous school too.So in 11th I was bit impulsive but now I am calm and composed and take decisions wisely also ignore the college and have as much as less interaction with them.

True💯....I have always been someone who cant act...that too to be fav or pet....issiliye humesha iam ignored...but that was fine...but this toxicity is alag level ka🤯...but now iam geetting better at minding my own business
