If police refuse to file then we should contact helpline no n conselling national commission for women NCW Or mahila ayog this special is for protect of women against domestic violence.. Also have some foundations n ngo experts connection for the protection n help dv women there law .. Acc to law of parliament act protection of women from domestic violence act 2005 section 498A and the penal code there is also some schemes in law for dv.. it's crime n acc to art 14 and 15of HR women have her right to complain for herself defences...

There is govt laws against these social violence but we need to spread proper awareness n seminars through ngo.. For our women awareness..
