Sort of how it happens in the corporate world too. You get top brass on your side, deserving people are denied promotions and 7nqualified 9nes get ahead. It’s about playing the “game” and having clout and connections more often.

when one cast member gets to have their say or throw their weight around it sours the relationship with entire cast after a while. Oh well, next time the Cast may think twice to get on board with some actors.
