Gashmeer, who plays Aditya Tripathi in the show Imlie, has apparently put in his papers. Says a source, "This did not happen overnight. In fact, Gashmeer had put in his papers a few weeks ago. The makers were however trying to convince him to stay back since he is the face of the show and the track focuses on him and female lead Sumbul Touqeer Khan. But all efforts went in vain when the producer Gul Khan wasn't able to agree to some of the terms and conditions laid down by Gashmeer."
Telling us more about why Gashmeer decided to opt-out of the show, the source adds, "It was quite clear from the first day of the shoot that Gashmerwill continue to shoot for his Marathi films and for web alongside Imlie, to which the makers had agreed. But as the story progressed and the show started doing well, Gashmeer was not able to take up other projects. He reportedly gave only 10 days in a month to the makers to shoot his sequence which was not enough. After a lot of discussions, Gashmeer finally quit the show. His last day will be in mid-January."
The makers have already started looking for a replacement and we hear that an actor has almost been finalised. In the meantime, the focus has shifted from Gashmeer to the new entry in the show, Fahmaan Khan

3. Par koi show 5 din aaye vo bhi comedy show aur 100-200 episodes me band ho to bahot jaldi lagega. DD era aur pre-Sony era me har comedy shows hafte me 1-2 baar hi aata tha. Aur baaki time present pe old shows repeats dikhaate the. Old shows repeats me sirf ek hi show nahi TMKOC ki tarah par bahot saare.
4. Isliye Sab TV aur AndTV and even Big Magic/Zee Josh ko weekly biweekly channel Banna padega tabhi kuch hoga. I remember Paanch which had 68 episodes ran for 8 months as it was biweekly.
5. To vaise hi agar Bhabhiji aur Happu weekly ya biweekly rehta to 1-2 saal me sirf 100-200 episodes hota. Aur fir tab vo band hota to logon ko farak nahi padta. Laal Ishq bhi to biweekly rehkar 2 saal me 200+ episodes complete kiya. Yes Boss aur FIR bhi ek hafte me sirf ek baar aata tha par baad me use 5 din dikhaane lage. To ab logon ko 5-6 din dekhne ki aadat lag gayi. Aur agar abhi 1-2 dikhaana bhi chaahe to viewers demand karenge poore hafte dikhao.
6. To agar comedy episodics me finite chaahiye to airing days system badlo. Tabhi ye possible hai. Aur aisa sirf comedy ya youth shows nahi par daily soaps ka bhi karna padega chaahe log kitna bhi chu cha kare. Isse actors ka bhi health acchha hoga aur unhe per episode jyaada pay kar sakte hai.

Yes it did got ruined 2-3 years back but now it improved. Ab main kabhi kabhi dekh paati hu kyunki hum log jaldi sote hai.
They need to shorten ka episodics from 5 episodes to 1-2 episodes taaki logon ko ek story ke liye jabar 5 episodes na dekhna pade. Koi special story ho to 5 episodes ka dikha sakte hai. First of all they need to turn it into biweekly instead of 5 days a week.

Haan beech me bakwaas hua tha par ab thik hua. They need to first start turning shows into weekly biweekly taaki show jyaada bhi chale aur doosre shows bhi aate rahe.
