Although I don't put much stalk in promos the fact that there is one with Akshara finding out about Arohi hidding the fact she is going for a MB gives me hope that we will eventually get there.
I do not think Akshara will openly say anything to anyone nor is that enough to break the engagement but Akshara will probably try to council Arohi and as usual clean up the mess but it is another thing to add on the long list of things Arohi is doing that will not sit well with anyone once everything gets exposed.
