My brother is younger than me...only he can handle my panic attacks...he starts counting,kabhi random names lene lagta hai and ask me to repeat after him mein toh khud se kuch bhi nahi kar sakti....uske peeche peeche bolti hu and than dheere dheere it feels ki thik hai...fir kafi mein time breath gets even.

But I think you can understand claustrophobia better,I was talking about the panic attack she got due to her phobia was very well enacted and I am thankful to her that she put on work in getting that becoz other wise it would have felt like making fun.

yeah thankfully I don’t get panic attacks… If I get stressed my heart beat gets elevated .. my skin heats up but my hand becomes ice cold… so I have body reactions but my mind doesn’t give up… but I have. a friend who has exactly same reaction as you narrated …so I think what you said makes sense … and yes even I feel both are terrific actors…🤗

I tried MHRW, ML was great but I could not connect with FL.

yeah woh toh hai. when I was saying choices means about good quality shows. since there is no depth in stories people started focusing on looks , jewelry and sets.
