I haven't watched the epi yet. But was this scene really needed, I mean does it work in any way for the track? Saw the precap in Y tube, seeing VD's face while ThaRab was dancing, I think the show is going to go S1 way. In the beginning VD was totally against Hans, now with her *singing talent* she seems to be gaining VD's favour

Hans is anxious about the task given by Guruji. Taps thinks that VD is happy with her guru's visit and would be upset if Hans won't be able to do the task. She messages Hans to put her phone on vid call and speaker. Hans asks if she could do the task in the pooja area and the fraud begins.

Purab sees the vid on near Hans and probably sees Taps too, so he goes to the kitchen, just as the song ends.

Guruji is pleased and praises both Hans and VD. After he leaves Purab brings Taps over and tells everyone that it was Taps who did the task. He says Taps helped Hans by making the music with the matka while Hans was singing (!!!) He asks Taps if that is right and Taps nods once.

Hans immediately says that she didn't want to embarrass VD in front of her Guru and do she took Tap's help. VD says she could understand, then ask why did Taps do it, if it was coz she could be found out and thus impress others about it. Taps says she fid it to see VD happy, but VD walks off in huff.

While Taps is seeing to the arrangements Purab comes there with a tall gift wraped parcel. Nok jnok between ThaRab. Taps asks him to give a hint as to what he wants for gift... He says something 'given from the heart and touches the heart.' Now Taps asks for a gift from him too.. 'Something that brings tears to her eyes and smile on her face'

Pre is admiring the gifts that Sagar gave. Ashok and Jaya tells her that they are considering an alliance for her who would be coming to meet her that evening. Maami is angry coz she wants a rich damad. Pre runs away.

Anshul and Sargam drinking coffee and talks about Taps, then make another coffee date.

Purab reaches Tap's house to see Maami mistreating Jaya. He gets upset about it. Jaya brushes it off. He says he came to take her to the hospital as her test results are not good. She says she doesn't have time today coz she has to make arrangements for the guests. She goes to the kitchen to make him tea and Purab notices that she is not well. He takes off his coat, dons an apron and starts washing vessels. When Jaya objects, he says if they work together, they will finish the it sooner and can't a son help mother? Jaya thinks Taps is lucky to have such a good husband.

The fraud singing was absolutely ridiculous idea this time. Can't even make out why such a scene had to happen, other than may be to show VD is warming towards Hans. She seemed so happy that Hans was praised by her guruji 😒

The way Taps isn't telling Purab the truth, it is going to escalate to another Rohit situation, when she had the chance but didn't reveal anything about Rohit.

The nok jhok at least didn't seem to be on borrowed theme.

Today during Pre's convo with her mom, where her mom wants her to run away only if she got hold of a rich guy, Pre thinks she did find a rich guy, but he is already married 

So tomorrow we get to see Purab bringing Jaya to his home... Will that be Tap's gift? ThaRab romantic dance is the precap, excited coz this one did seem better than the chandni one. Going by VD's face on seeing their dance she is going to spew more venom and become desperate to separate ThaRab. 😭

Taps is dressed for the party and Dadi comes over and they have a mutual appreciation convo. Seeing Dadi's love for Taps #bahu taunts Hans who says that she will be the one who hugs Purab at midnight.

Taps finds her misplaced phone and sees Purab's message about going over to see her mom. She calls Purab and talk to both of them. Purab asks Jaya why Taps became sad. Jaya tells him it seems he understands Taps well and says until then they used to welcome new year together and today she is in her sasural. Jaya remembers the promise she asked of him and thinks, though their relationship started coz of the promise he made to her, it has moved past that now.

Maami promises Pre that she will make sure the alliance will not happen. To do that she mentions Jaya being an unmarried mother when Jaya returns home with Purab. The family breaks the relationship. Purab gets angry and chastises Maami for her behavior. He says she is humiliating his saasu maa and wife and he will not tolerate it. He says she will no longer stay there, and won't return unless she is given the respect she deserves.

A scene between #team, not worth mentioning.

Purab reaches his home, places his hand over her eyes and leads her forward to show her his surprise gift. Jaya walks in thru the door and Taps is really happy. She thanks Purab a second time with a hug which Dadi and Papaji watches with an indulgent smile. The rest are scandalised! Purab makes light of the situation saying it happens when people get emotional. He says since all family was together, he brought Tap's mom too and she will stay with them for s few days. Jaya gets emotional, there is a silent exchange between the MIL and SIL which Taps catches on. When she asks if everything is okay they distract her. Jaya tells about Purab helping her by washing dishes and VD, Hans and #team are shocked. Nok jhok between ThaRab where Taps tells with her he just tries to distract her from doing her job well. Purab asks Sargam to take Jaya to her room.

VD is angry and walks away, Sapna follows her and taunts that if things go this way Taps will ensure the mothers are exchanged too.

It was a good episode today. I prefer #team as filler to PSP triangle as filler.

Today I noticed that while #team unnecessary creates problems for others, their relationship as Saas bahu is really strong. I wonder if that will be tested with Pre involved and which side will Sapna sway.

The fact that Tap's illegitimacy was never considered or talked about while her marriage was in process had had me wondering if it was something the writers didn't want to make an issue of. But now they are making it an issue for Pre's alliance, strange. May be it is kind of stacking up coz some damaka is going to happen in relation to the Father daughter aspect.

Connected to that, if Hans can be so cruel in her methods to get back Purab, I wonder what she might do to Jaya whom she has reason to hate. Would she try to harm Jaya in some way? In a way the presence of her mom might bring more clarity of thinking to Taps, for she is Tap's mentor and guide. It wouldn't be any surprise if Jaya does become more ill coz of the people she is in contact with. Purab and Taps won't be with her always.

HAPPY NEW YEAR DEAR FRIENDS 🥳

The episode didn't have much happening today, still it was a good one coz of ThaRab's growing closeness.

Mostly it was dance performances by the couples. Part of the impact was lost to me coz my link didn't have the songs 😒

To give a short summary...

Purab gifts himself a large clock that he says Taps can't break. He keeps pestering her, asking about the gift she has to give him.

In her room Taps holds a red potli lovingly and talks to herself, about giving Purab the gift . Hans eavesdrops and say neither will you given the gift nor will you be anywhere near Purab when it is midnight.

Taps tries to tell Jaya about meeting her father, but is interrupted. The song of VD and Vinod's dance reminds her of Mukul and she leaves from the room. Han's parents and Anshul and Pre reach there as guests. Mukul too is remembers Jaya.

Pre goes to Sagar and Pri after their performance to appreciate Sagar's dance, but he behaves as if he doesn't know her.

Mukul and Jaya meet. Mukul apologises to Jaya, but she does not forgive him. Taps almost reaches the room, but is taken away bt Purab for the performance.

The dance was beautiful (even without the sound track). In between the nail that was planted (no points for guessing who) in her heels starts to prick her feet. Purab notices her discomfort asks her about it. "Is it hurting you" He asks and lifts her in his arms bridal style, then tells her to remove it. They continue to dance with Taps standing on Purab's feet ❤️

Han's plotting flopped again.

Waiting for thr tragic twist that will bring ThaRab closer. May be Taps fainting and being in danger will make Purab realise her importance in his life.

There was one scene which gained my attention.Priyanka was talking to waitors about freezer temprature ..i guess someone will lock thapki in that room. Lets see what happens

Why else would there be a seperate huge box for ice creams.

So time to realise someone is purposefully after Taps, or would it be written off as another mishap.

Can someone let me know the songs each couple danced on?
