V just hasn't changed..He's just repenting his decision of letting D go nd marrying Aditi in a fit of rage..I've told this before also,redemption is considered only when the person realizes his mistake in absence of the person whom he/she has wronged,not after seeing that person happy nd successful..Yeh toh phir zidd kehlata hai..Nd V is married,still trying for kids,but is still proposing D..matlab, A was right..Avval darje ka ghatiya insaan hai woh..😆🤢
