Celebrities put their private photos on the market for media outlets. Weddings, birthdays, and similar events are extremely private and it can ruin the day to have strangers who have nothing to do with the event. That is why some celebrities keep the event completely private and closed and then sell the images to media who want to publish stories about the event.
