She’s actually very strategic. In business studies, they say main thing is to get one foot in the door - if you get the interview, you figure out how to get the job. If you get the job, you figure out how to get the promotion etc.

She thinks ek baar ghar mein ghus gayi she’ll bring him around. She also thinks he will stop loving Akshara once he gets to see how much “better” she is - her whole attitude has been akshara has somehow phasao-ed him and he’s not seeing straight. I kind of have a grudging respect for her singleminded goal setting 🤣

Agree but Arohi has been the most consistent in her behavior. In tv shows that’s what I appreciate - characters can be good or bad, but at least keep them consistent or have them evolve (or devolve) logically. I really liked that about Bepannah (minus the last 20 or so episodes)

Mahima is a well written grey character and I hope she remains so nd is not turned into another Kavya and Rakhi.

They both are the victims... I see Abhi as more because he does not even know the reason why he was being rejected like four times when she looks at h like *save me* and with love filled eyes and he is kind of pushed towards Aarohi (Akshara has a hand in it) but they both are flawed.

If we go by deserved better logic then all of us will always deserve better because someone out there is better than us and the partners we r with. It all boils down with, who is ready to become better for us and with us.

P.S. I myself have loveddddddd it without any Aarohi track but it's important to show somethings too i guess.

Strategy is good. Sadly, she has no clue who Abhi is!! That's her downfall right there!! You need to know the opposing party. This one is over confident because she thinks she's better than Akshu!

She really has no concept of how others perceive her!! Silly girl!! I'm not going to lie but I'm going to enjoy watching her crash and burn. Call me a sadist.... 😆

The problem is not lying. Not saying lying is okay. The problem is blaming one's adultery on alcohol. A lot of people find that excuse. I am not against drinking. But drunken or not, ones responsibilities of their actions do not reduce or go away.

Okay I do agree, Abhi has those Kabir Singh/Devdas traits where they are overly obessed with their love interest to the extent that even hitting them is accepted because the girl does not complain. I'm not going to defend Abhi there because it is what it is. He is obessed with Akshara and he needs to learn to trust her. I still wouldn't go in the direction of psycho/stalker because I feel that's insensitive. Akshara is not living in fear.

But I cannot agree with Arohi and Abhi angle. If they were a normal arranged marriage couple then yeah I'd anyday side with Arohi because all this would be wrong. However, I just cannot put a curtain to arohi's actions. All the deceiving and emotional blackmail makes me support Abhira because cut Arohi from their life, they would never be in this situation. I can only support Arohi if she had not lied her way into this. You reap what you sow.

This is involuntary intoxication. Just like dreams, they couldn't have controlled it so it is a tad bit unfair to hold them liable in this instant.

Well tilak is only affirmation from both sides for the marriage and that way if you realise card puja was done with akshara's name on top, so would you say akshara is also engaged to abhimanyu?? Even ganesh sthapana was done by abhira. Two out of three customs done by them. Where is arohi in picture then?

Engagement is yet to happen. They are yet to choose rings for that. So they have only given consent to marriage. No engagement has happened so far.

Though I do wonder who does card puja before engagement and without any date on it??

Isn’t it about honoring the commitment rather than the rituals? Abhi brought a proposal for Arohi that was accepted - that’s a commitment. Aren’t the rituals a symbol of this commitment? Isn’t the affirmation the important thing here or is it ok for prospective brides and grooms to run around pataoing each other’s siblings till the saat pheras are done?
