I think she did during Ajinkya track and one more after Sruthi death when Rano didn’t forgive her tries to leave.

In KD no suicide attempt in this track. She leaves the home and moves to Hostel.

Precap could be misleading , she may feel dizzy and had fall. I don’t think they go for life threatening injuries for Sai after back to back accident tracks.

She may have minor injury.

I hope not. Precap doesn't seem like suicide.
