I can understand where she is coming from when she is making such statements. But it’s also giving wrong signals to those who are genuinely struggling with weight loss. I wish people accept that big size people on their way to weight loss need not necessarily do it because they feel obliged and are succumbing to society’s standards. Most of us just want to be healthy and reduce our own risks of chronic and life threatening diseases. Some judge big size people exercising as if they are doing it because they want to look good. You can look good even in plus size. But well society will not change their stereotypes.
