I don't like it when these people promote the thin ideal. I think they should promote body acceptance and show that someone can be healthy at any size. Bollywood actors should be of all sizes but sadly not many role models accept their 'pleasantly plump' weight

I agree with body acceptance, but I disagree any size can be healthy. Obese people are not healthy when it comes to weight and risk many diseases. They shouldn’t hate their bodies, but if they can they should try to work towards losing weight.

Why so many regulations in this short life?

Why can't I end my life if I don't want to live anymore?

Why can't I accept my body no matter thin, thick and all the health complications with it if I'm happy?

So exhausting with the care and attention and love even if it is with good intentions.

Sometimes, I want to live the way I want unless my actions threat others well being then I should be stopped.

I believe everyone is self serving. I don't understand the reasons but I hate with paraphrasing that it is for your own good when people are equally benefiting from some angle.
