he has forgotten all his reasoning the day he saw Aryan making her wear his coat. that man is beyond redeemable...

Adi is a weak character who blames other (90% time Imlie) for his own indecisiveness and lack of will. He think blaming other can take his own guit away as he has done his part by not accepting his own mistakes...

In the promo, Imlie is dancing and Aryan is standing right next to her like a guard. Which I'm betting is only necessary because of more bullying.

And again, Aditya tries to reach her. How is this his instinct? He just publicly bullied her. It's very very weird.

He just doesn't get it and I doubt he ever will.

Frankly, the issue is Aditya's victim projection has been one-sided. Only Imlie believed he is a victim. Aditya did not see himself as a victim. Infact the projection looked like he is guilt ridden, I don't know why. Whereas he did not do anything consensually. Infact, he aggressively objected to Imlie's stance on Malini. Usko dekh ke lagta tha, rather than being embarassed of the situation, his entire energy was dedicated to scrutinizing Imlie and her strong action against Malini.

The victim of life Aditya Kumar Tripathi for once did not behave like a victim during this time. He refused to stand by Imlie, he refused to believe Imlie. The girl jeopardized her education and career for him, instead he goes and deletes evidence and subjects her to embarassment. Imlie did not lose that day, the husband lost that day.

So legal recourse, it's not happening. Cause it is all about Aditya's emotions for a child which did not come consensually and he wants to fulfill his duties and expected Imlie to do the same. Koi bhi normal ladki jad deti, ghuma ke, RYAAPTA😡

You know, I think part of that has to do with the stigma around such matters. I’m not familiar with Indian law but as was stated it’s gendered in these matters.

How can Adi be a victim? Men aren’t victims in these instances - toxic masculinity. It’s a huge conversation that just cannot be had on ITV as it is currently being written. I don’t see it as common even here, although, it’s definitely getting better.
