Is there a chance of redemption of Aditya??

Back to the forums after so many days

I was watching the show and was silently reading the views and posts here

As we all know that makers have butchered the character of Aditya completely

So do you guys think it is beyond redemption now or do you think Imlie will go back to Aditya once again and she should?

In my personal opinion. Aditya seems to have slipped way beyond redemption. There could be no suitable redemption arc for the things he has done/ said in the recent past. If Imlie (redemption or not) goes back to Aditya (for whatever reason) she will be no more than a door mat FL. The whole self respect stance she has taken will go for a toss. This will render both her and her words meaningless in the eyes of the audience.

She should not go back to Adi if she wants to preserve her own self respect. And if she does then she has no right to demand respect when she doesn't respect herself enough to leave Adi and move on.

NOTE: Below is my response and its completely my personal POV and it can differ from others views and in such case kindly agree to disagree rather than trying to prove otherwise.. thank you.

I really dont think there is any way he can redeem himself but then TV show anything is possible..

In current situation i'd me more hurt than Imlie if she thinks even an iota of going back to Adi after what all he hqs done, how much he had blamed her doubted her insulted her...

she deserved a better respectable life of her own and if she goes back to Adi all tha past insults would haunt her life.. so i from my personal POV no Imlie should not go or rather must not go to Adi..

Yes you are right

We know that Aditya is a Impulsive Character but what he is doing these days is showing his dumbness only

I know he saw Imlie and Aryan in that room but it was not that bad what Imlie had seen recorded in that Camera

And still after knowing the fact Aditya choose to trust Malini and support her

In today's episode Imlie was so right when she said Aditya and Malini are made for each other

These both characters are dilusional and Aditya does not deserve Imlie

Yes we never know what makers are going to serve us next

As per my view the best punishment for Aditya is to be in a loveless marriage with Malini even after knowing the full truth and malini's deeds

Then only he would be able to realise the value of Imlie's love and he would be able to feel the pain of betrayal

So, once his redemption arc starts, many would jump back on the Adilie ship🤣

On a serious note, if makers have planned a redemption track for Adi then it should be long and a well deserving one. They should take as much time in redeeming him, as they did in butchering him. Because, the things he is accusing Imlie of and the things that are unforgivable in his eyes are the things that he has actually done!

Imlie in a hotel room with Aryan in her wedding dress.... He and Malini on Adilie's marital bed.

Imlie ignoring Adi's warnings regarding Aryan... Adi ignoring Imlie's warnings and proof against Malini.

Imlie putting Aryan above Adi... Adi has always put Malini above Imlie.

Imlie ignoring Adi for Aryan... Adi leaving Imlie during KC, during chaat and long drive with Malini etc

Imlie refusing to come back to T house.... Adi refusing to let Malini leave T house.

Imlie choosing the rich Aryan over him... Adi not stopping AC call Imlie naukrani even after the JM night reveal

Imlie is not bothered that he is sad without her... he brushed off all her concerns as insecurity

Imlie refusing to let the mother of his baby stay on in T house... Adi refusing to believe Imlie that Malini shot herself got SK in jail.

Imlie happily planning his wedding.. He getting married to Malini.

When Imlie filed case against malini, he had blasted her because he got fired, BK lost his post in some community group, Radha and Aparna couldn't go to market, Rupi was mocked in office... and now he is sl*t shaming her in front of anyone and everyone

I used to watch this show for Adilie only

I liked the way Aditya and Imlie came along together

But in my personal view Aditya always had trust issues with Imlie and you can not love without trust

So for me Adilie should not be the final game
