And the nasty faction like the Chaturvedi's would just call her a gold-digger as she would have appeared to go after money which she has always professed no interest in. Aryan is definitely a Dom.

But what u must realise that all the times you are counting him as domineering imlie, you have to take their relationship in account because it wasn't romantic. They were employer- employee. And employer can use different methods to direct and guide.

I’ve also read a nice post once that explained how Doms might seem in control but that power is given to them by those who are “submissive”. While Imlie isn’t submissive in the traditional sense & has started to get a better sense of self — she still feels young and impressionable. She has much growth to undergo. Aryan is only able to steer Imlie and have an impact on her because she allows him to. So in this sense I think their relationship will eventually equate or average to 50-50 with that teetering balance always shifting between Aryan & Imlie.

Now this I can accept. It would be fun to watch as well. I could also accept an accidental or on purpose sindoor scene which Imlie refuses to accept.

My only issue is that if they are subverting Aditya/Imlie with AryLie then Aryan and Imlie coming together must be by choice and some love too, if only Aryan's. The few glimpses we have got of Aryan's mindset is that he won't let Imlie be hurt again, but that's it. For now anyway. Mr. Fast Forward sure does like speed 😂

I think someone mentioned parallels between this show and another. And yes, I totally see it. But in that show the fake engagement was only fake because the hero was pressuring the heroine to confess her feelings and she didn't want to ruin his life with her baggage. It was the only way forward with those two. That's the only way I can imagine it happening here with Aryan and Imlie as well.

Narmada and Aparna will will definitely propose marriage.

But it could go two ways (1) Aryan and Imlie accept it and could proceed as you've all described. A union based on friendship and convenience. I'm going to confess, I dislike most marriage of convenience tracks because it doesn't offer any feeling of safety. As soon as a couple is married forces unite to tear them apart and there is misunderstanding after misunderstanding. It's a headache 90% of the time. It's either that or they have contract marriage with a time limit and so it feels lackluster. Plus I love "romantic poses" out of wedlock 🤣🤣🤣 A part of me wants people to keep asking Aryan and Imlie what's going on between them and for them to keep ignoring everyone while doing aarti together 😈 I want the word to struggle to find labels for this union that is just pure fire.

(2) Aryan stays mum as he did last time and Imlie rejects it for obvious reasons (i.e: lack of confidence and disbelief over Aryan liking her, overall tiredness from a divorce that just happened, fear of remarriage, just so many reasons). It's possible that Imlie will leave the Rathore house after proposal #2. I really do feel like this whole fast forward track will result in an immediate slow-down so that they can go back and fill in the blanks between friendship and love, and let Imlie get to a place where she is ready to accept someone else as her love. The binding agent here will be Aryan's steadfast support. Like he handled that aarti he will handle their relationship and keep pushing it and her forward.

It's not that I don't want these two to marry. I just want maximum enjoyment 😂 I have loved what they've given us so far and no matter what I get I'm sure they will execute in a way that will keep me interest. Like moksha said I just hope that it continues to be authentic and progresses in a way that neither character is sacrificed for a love-track.

Yes my point is he has power over her as employer as he is dominated her till now in that capacity and never crossed that line
