I don't think she understands what she is signing up for. She thinks of Abhi as a trophy. Something she can have, which Akshara can not at the moment. I don't think she understands relationships; generally, they are just stepping stones for her.

She is just treating him a Triumph nothing more. Even she doesn't have any feelings towards him. Akshara is sacrificing for a family that doesn't bother abt her feels. It's weirdly getting so toxic 😂😂😂

Right now she will not understand it but after marriage when things will start changing on daily basis only then she will realize that Living in a loveless and unhappy marriage is a bad idea.
