it simply means Insta knows u r interested in Indian celebs cause you follow one.

That happens when you follow an account that Insta considers similar in content to another account.

I follow wildlife accounts so I keep getting various wildlife accounts as 'suggestions'.

Doesn't indicate that the account or post is being promoted.
