I definitely agree that Deepika is a grade A narcissist. She ticks all the boxes.

I can even believe that she can't see further than the end of her nose and just wants to rule the roost everywhere but Ranbir is hard to overlook in the equation between her and Kat. Hence all the Ranbir references. I was answering all the people asking why Ranbir is being dragged in here... cuz well, he's the elephant in the room! Not everyone sits and tries to look beyond the obvious, going into armchair diagnosis, you know!

Now that it's final that she's an out and out narc, I even think she gets a kick out of waving herself in Ranbir's face, almost in a "look what you're missing" way since he's with Alia.

IMHO, Alia is better than all of them because she has talent beyond them and seems more intelligent than she lets on.

Of course Ranbir is the elephant in the room where the 2 ladies are concerned, but DPs behavior with other women is hardly any better.

Alia just has to open her mouth and I nearly pass out with annoyance. I can only watch her in movies when she's not being herself or not playing an extension of herself. That works for her cuz she does a good job of getting into the skin of the characters she plays .... though there were times in Kalank where I could see bratty Alia slip ups in a bunch of scenes that put me off.

She is a better actor than Deepika for sure..... though Deepika has a better screen presence and packs a better overall package. I just don't get Deepika's pathetic tactics when she already has enough going on on her own merit.... even for a narc, it doesn't make sense. 😵

None of them has had a release in quite a few years. RK is stagnant as is DP.

I'm not arguing for DP because I think she succeeded only because her competitors were terrible. But RK's hit ratio isn't exactly that great.

ranbir has something called talent to keep him float in a long run and if he needs publicity i am sure dude is smart enough to use better ways

He does not needs to depend this occasional weirdo like behaviour of his married ex-gf.

Ranbir and deepika are not in same category they never were because for an actor like rk there is light after this tunnel same is not true for deepika

That he is a better actor than DP is not in question. That men have longevity in Bollywood while women don't, no matter who is more talented (re: Akshay, Salman. Etc), has never been in question.

I'm talking about bringing RK in to every stupid thing DP does. Sometimes even the perfectly normal things she does.

Publicity is something all of them do. The regular release of pics of each girlfriend is enough to tell the world how RK's PR works. He might not be dumb like DP to put his name on it, but he also uses SOs, current and former.

But DP's antics cannot be explained even 10% by RK. In fact, her other behavior makes it perfectly clear she doesn't give 2 hoots about him. Nor he about her. They're all in the attention game. She just happens to be more ruthless about it and more successful in her ways.

She’s manipulative, constantly victimises herself , dosent take criticism, lives in some Lala land where she is the queen who has overcome insurmountable obstacles to be where she is …I’m not saying she had it easy but she surely had it easier than a Katrina (she didn’t know the language , the culture , nothing when she came in) ….or a kangana (again no family support, or backup)

Surely being Prakash padukones daughter gave her enough confidence to have it her way most of the times …she had the option to put her foot down and a backup available in case films didn’t work out …or if she was asked to do something she didn’t want to …

It’s lucky she got someone like ranveer who only Keeps feeding this massive ego of hers ….

The odd thing is that for all the public display of affection, some time before their wedding there were blinds about Ranveer cheating on her.
